We collect only what we need, don't sell your data, and use AI tools transparently. This document explains exactly what we do and why.
We collect information in two ways: what you give us directly, and what our analytics tools collect automatically when you visit the site.
We don't collect payment information directly — that's handled by Stripe or the invoicing tool in use at the time, each with their own privacy practices.
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties for advertising. The only parties who may process your data are the subprocessors we use to run our business — listed below.
NRS uses AI tools as part of our consulting work. Because this is less common than standard web analytics, we want to be explicit about how it works.
NRS uses Claude, an AI model built by Anthropic, to assist with analysis, drafting, and workflow design during consulting engagements. When we use Claude to process client-related inputs, Anthropic acts as a data subprocessor. Anthropic's privacy practices are governed by their own policy: anthropic.com/privacy.
Data you share with NRS — including documents, workflow descriptions, and business details — is not used to train AI models. It is retained only as long as needed to complete your engagement, plus up to one year for record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing cam@neonridgesystems.com.
AI outputs generated during NRS engagements are reviewed by a human before delivery. We do not send fully automated AI-generated work directly to clients without review. Every proposal, brief, analysis, or recommendation that leaves NRS has been looked at and approved by Cam Jensen before you see it.
You can request earlier deletion at any time. We'll confirm and act within 30 days.
You have the right to:

We use Google Analytics (GA4), which sets cookies to track sessions and page views. These are analytics-only cookies — no ad targeting, no cross-site tracking, no third-party ad networks.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google's browser opt-out tool. We don't use any other cookies.
We use the following services, each with their own privacy practices:
We don't use Facebook Pixel, advertising networks, or any retargeting services.
