The Origin

I built one for myself first.

When I was building NRS, I noticed the same pattern I see in every owner-operated business: every question about the company came to me. Pricing, process, what's in scope, what isn't, how we handle a specific situation. I was the sole source of truth for my own company.

So I built CLU. A Claude-powered assistant trained on everything about NRS: the offers, the FAQs, the policies, the answers I give the same question the hundredth time. CLU handles the front-of-house. Clients and prospects get real answers in my voice. I stop being the bottleneck.

It worked. Not because it replaced me, but because it gave my business a brain that was always available. One that knew the answers I knew. One that wasn't tied to whether I was free.
